2.Estimates and ballpark figures

Every price range, ballpark figure, and calculator result we publish — on this website, in our ads, or in conversation — is a planning estimate only. It is not a quote, a bid, or a contract.

A firm price is given only after an in-home walkthrough with a defined project scope, and only in a written agreement signed by both sides.

We do not guarantee any cost, start date, completion date, or timeline. Project schedules can change as work is uncovered and scopes are defined.

3.Requests are not contracts

Submitting a form, calling us, or messaging us is a request for us to contact you — nothing more. No project is booked, and no work is owed by either side, until both sides sign a written agreement.

4.Text messages and calls

By giving us your phone number and opting in, you agree that Alpha One Renovation may call and text you about your inquiry and your project, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up on an estimate.
