• Contact details you submit: name, phone number, email address, and the address of the property where the project will be done (street, city, state, and ZIP code, plus apartment, suite, or unit number when one applies).
• Project details you submit: service requested, project description, timeline, and budget range.
• Call and message records when you phone, text, or message us about your project.
• Basic technical information from the platform you used to reach us (for example, Meta may share the form submission time and campaign source with us).

We do not collect payment card numbers through our lead forms, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers or banking details in an estimate request.

2.How we use your information

• To respond to your estimate request, qualify your project, and schedule and run a walkthrough.
• To send appointment booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-up about your project.
• To keep a record of estimates we have given, including the estimate amount, so we can follow up accurately.
• To improve our advertising and services, in aggregate form.

The ballpark figures discussed before a walkthrough are starting points only — a final estimate is given only after a walkthrough with a defined project scope.

3.Text messages and calls

If you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your project, your walkthrough appointment, and follow-up on an estimate.

• Message frequency varies with your project and appointments.
• Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

4.Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, only for the purpose they serve, for example:

• Meta (Facebook / Instagram), when you submit a Lead Ad form on their platform.
• Our customer-relationship system, which stores lead and estimate records.
• Phone, text-messaging, and scheduling providers, to deliver calls, texts, and appointment reminders.
• Licensed trade partners, only when your project requires their trade and only with the project details they need.

5.Your choices

• You may ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
• You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
• Opting out of follow-up does not delete records we must keep for legal, tax, or contract purposes.

6.Legal requests

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a public authority, or when needed to protect our rights, property, or safety.

7.Data retention and security

We keep lead and estimate records for as long as they are useful for follow-up and for our business records, and we take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect them. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version at this same web address and update the effective date above.
